How do I get free shipping

For orders over $35 shipped within the U.S. choose USPS Priority Mail shipping and a shipping discount will automatically be applied to your order.

When will my order ship?

Once you place an order, it will be confirmed within one business day via email. Our typical shipping time is within 2 days on in-stock merchandise. In the event we are out of stock on the item you have selected, we will get to work right away on a fresh batch and have your selections ready within a week.

What are your shipping options?

Rates for shipping are calculated based on the weight of your package, your location and the speed of delivery. Shipping costs are automatically calculated for you in your shopping cart as you place your order. We provide a variety of shipping options so you can choose the speed you need.

Can I pick up my order?

If you would like to save money on shipping we do offer local pickup. Select this option at checkout and send us an email or text to arrange pickup.

Can I make changes to my order?

Orders are processed when received. To make a change, please text or email as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

Do you ship international?

We will ship to any valid address in US and Canada. Shipment of orders destined for any other country is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, we welcome our international customers to arrange their own shipments to be picked up from our facility.

Do you sell wholesale?

How do I get a discount?

Discount prices for bulk orders of 4oz tins or melts are provided for quantities of 50 or more, and 8oz tins or glass jars in quantities of 36 or more.
